How we run every program

Every engagement follows the same five steps: secure the chip, prove each layer, ship with evidence, then carry keys and tests into the next product. Each lap is shorter than the last.

  • We lock keys and boot truth in silicon before volume ramps. That root is what every later step in the loop must honor.

  • We show factory, cloud, and supply chain work did not break the chip promise. Signed evidence flows forward into ship and run.

  • We test models, data, and tools so AI cannot skip hardware trust. What we learn here travels with the product into the field.

  • We record what customers received and keep integrity checks live in production. Field truth is what makes the next root faster to sign off.

  • We reuse keys, tests, and approvals on the next chip program. The loop closes here: less rework, shorter path to production, back to root the chip.
