These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Securesil website at www.securesil.com. They are separate from the engagement letters and Master Services Agreements that govern any paid AI security or trust engineering work delivered by Securesil; those documents take precedence for the work they cover. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights through it. Do not impersonate Securesil, our staff, or our clients.
Securesil is a security firm; we attract security attention. To keep this site useful and safe for everyone we ask you not to:
Content on this site describes Securesil's services in general terms. It is not, by itself, a security assessment, audit, certification, advisory opinion, or contract for services. Specific paid work (for example, an AI security assessment, red team simulation, or secure delivery program) is scoped, priced, and governed by a separate engagement letter or Master Services Agreement, together with any Data Processing Agreement where personal data is involved.
Where anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with the terms of an engagement contract for a particular matter, the engagement contract governs that matter.
Visiting this site, reading its content, or sending us an enquiry does not by itself create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Securesil. A client relationship begins only when both parties have signed an engagement letter or equivalent agreement.
Site content (text, design, imagery, the methodologies and frameworks described in our marketing material) is owned by Securesil or used with permission. The “Securesil” name and logo are our marks. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to www.securesil.com. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, modify, redistribute, or use the content to train AI models without our prior written permission.
Where case studies, customer logos, or quotes appear on this site, those materials remain owned by the relevant client and are used with their permission. Use of those third-party marks is subject to the rights of their owners.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this website, we appreciate your help in reporting it responsibly. Please email security@securesil.com (or hello@securesil.com if that address bounces) before disclosing the issue publicly, and please:
In return, we commit to acknowledging your report, investigating in good faith, fixing where applicable, and not pursuing legal action against researchers who act in good faith and within this policy. This applies to this website. For active engagements with clients, vulnerability handling is governed by the engagement contract.
The site may link to third-party websites or services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services and linking does not imply endorsement.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Case studies, examples, and general guidance on this site reflect past work or commonly-applied practice; results vary by context and they do not guarantee outcomes for your situation. AI security is a rapidly evolving field; nothing on this site is a substitute for engagement-specific assessment or advice. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Securesil and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded (for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence in jurisdictions where that limitation is not permitted).
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made. Your continued use of the site after the effective date of changes indicates acceptance.
For questions about these terms or about Securesil's services, contact hello@securesil.com. For security-related reports concerning this website, please use security@securesil.com as described in “Coordinated vulnerability disclosure” above.
