Customer Engineer

What you'll do

• Own technical onboarding plans from contract signature through production readiness
• Configure integrations, run workshops, and unblock customer engineering teams
• Write runbooks, health checks, and escalation paths with support and engineering
• Capture deployment friction and feed prioritised fixes to product
• Join QBRs with account teams when technical risk or expansion is on the table

What you'll bring

• Several years in customer engineering, professional services, or solutions delivery
• Hands-on comfort with secure boot, attestation, or hardware trust concepts
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Clear written runbooks and verbal communication for mixed technical audiences
• Willingness to travel for kickoffs and critical milestones
• Helpful: semiconductors, defence, or regulated infrastructure deployments
