What you'll do

Own recruiting operations from role intake through offer and onboarding
Maintain HRIS, contracts, and compliance basics across UK and remote hires
Support managers on performance cycles, leveling, and compensation reviews
Coordinate with finance on payroll, benefits, and vendor relationships
Improve candidate and employee experience with clear processes and templates

What you'll bring

Several years in people operations, HR generalist, or talent operations at a growing company
Experience hiring technical roles including security and hardware-adjacent teams
Organised, discreet handling of people data and sensitive conversations
Comfort with remote-first policies and distributed teams
Practical partnership with legal and finance on employment matters
Helpful: startup or scale-up experience in UK and US hiring
